Which Program is best for you?

At our Long Branch and South Amboy locations, our group coaching program is specifically designed to meet the needs of everyone in our large, diverse community. Our community includes members of all shapes and sizes as we consist of military forces, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, law enforcement officers, writers, and designers. However, everyone has one thing in common: the desire to improve. Regardless of what you do for a living or your fitness level, you will benefit from our coaching program.

What to expect:

Group coaching is perfect for individuals who are in search of a supportive community that shares their same desire to succeed while transforming their lifestyles.

Group coaching allows our members to work with a professional coach, using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, for a fraction of the cost. Our coaches pride this gym on their useful skills and strengths to help all athletes achieve their goals.

We provide goal-based programming as our programs are designed to improve our members’ health and performance goals. Everyone who walks through our doors has a wide range of personal goals and levels of athletic ability. Our group coaching program is designed with flexibility to meet everyone’s needs. Though this program is not designed for one specific person, we can be sure that you will achieve optimum results if you stay the path with a positive attitude.

Not all Gyms are the same

In our group coaching classes, you will be lead my expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery:

  • Mobility drills and warm-ups to improve function
  • Skill work, strength work, or Olympic weightlifting
  • The WOD (workout of the day) which may be any combination of gymnastics, running, Olympic weightlifting, jumping, and so much more
  • Post-workout and recovery techniques to ensure that you are well-rested for your next workout
